Fife HSCP Podiatry Service

The podiatry service supports you to maximise mobility by helping you to improve and manage your foot condition. We offer support and treatment in clinics, hospitals, care homes, patient own homes and recently by video calling.

Paper copies are available at your local GP surgery or health centre.

The service includes:
· General Podiatry
· Tissue Viability
· Musculo-skeletal (MSK)
· Learning Disabilities
· Rheumatology
· Children and Young People
· Nail Surgery

We can help people with:

· Supporting people to look after their own feet
· Nail and skin problems including ingrown toenails, corns and callus
· Common muscle and bone problems causing foot and leg pain or concerns
· Prescribing insoles and orthoses to help with foot disorders.
· Treatment of wounds (ulcers)
· Health promotion, giving advice on keeping feet healthy
